“My name is Sneha I am 14 years old studying 9th standard. For the past two months I was suffering from severe pain in coccyx. Every day I come home crying from the school as the pain is unbearable. I could not find a suitable person for treating this. Then I started searching for the doctors on net and I found this Website.

On this site I found Dr. Syeda Mubashir and Dr. Rajveer Singh (see Doctors and specialists in India). First they suggested one special cushion and gave appointment. She advised me to take an dynamic tail bone X-ray and blood test. She gave me seven days treatment during these period she was so kind and friendly . Now I am feeling fine.

I really thank Dr. Syeda Mubashira and Dr. Rajveer Singh for rectifying my problem.”**

“I suffered from sacrum coccyx pain since 2013 February, and I went to so many doctors in Chennai and Nellore itself, but no use. They have taken MRI and some X-rays also and they gave some tablets also, but it didn’t work. Up to June 2014 it happened and I was very depressed. I don’t know what I have to do and I am so angry at that time I cried some times.

Finally I decided to search the Internet. I have read more then 50 testimonials of Dr. Rajveer Singh’s treatment (see Doctors and specialists in India). Then I got some confidence and I am so happy at that time. On that day I have taken appointment.
I went to Bangalore on July 5th and I met great Dr. Rajveer Singh, then I have taken MRI, X-Ray and blood test too….then he diagnosed the problem.
I have taken 10 days treatment for 1st time then I got 60 to 70% relief. Again I went to hospital after 2 months and I have taken 2 days treatment. He said do exercises and what ever I said up to March 2015 you will be 100% fine.
But due to the health problems I didn’t do morning exercises in Dec. and Jan and I have done only 15 days exercises in December and January, because of that reason only 70% is recovered.
Now I am doing what he said, walking and exercises twice a day. I will do this up to may then sure I will get 100 % relief.

So friends really you are having sacrum coccyx or tailbone pain. Then just meet Dr. Rajveer Singh in Bangalore. Dr. Rajveer Singh is perfect for tailbone treatment all over India. Thank you Dr.Rajveer Singh.”**

“I am a school student who had tailbone pain and could not sit down to study for long hours. I had already received a cortisone injection which had provided me temporary relief. After a month the pain returned and I therefore visited another doctor who advised me to visit Dr. Rajveer Singh. After ten physiotherapy sessions and 4-5 manipulations as well as sitting on the coccyx cushion I can sit down for longer with much less pain.”**

“When one loses hope, disbelieving his ability to once again be the man he once was, no longer considering the sky the limit, that is when Dr. Rajveer Singh comes into your life, a God send, and reveals to you that there is indeed light behind the tunnel.

My name is Ishwinder Pal Singh and my story dates back to a year and half ago. I had been convinced that there was no likelihood of my recovery from the tailbone fracture that had transpired from the paragliding accident caused by the defect of my severe landing. The doctors from my hometown had pretty much negated any chances of full recovery. Dejected from my helplessness I miraculously found Dr. Rajveer Singh online at coccyx.org, and I commenced treatment with him beginning October 10, 2014. Within a month, by doing a few manipulations and therapeutic exercises with him, I surprisingly found myself to be 60% recovered. Now, according to the doctor, it will take another three to four months to fully recover, considering my dedication to following his given instructions.

After a month, I am now able to live an almost normal life with my wife and family (which was not feasible prior to undergoing treatment with him). He has not only strengthened me physically but has mentally fortified me to deal with my condition, and he has also taught me that I can overcome any physical setback in my life with the right doctor and mindset. Dr. Rajveer Singh is not only a competent and skilled doctor, but he is also a noble individual once you get to know him. My wife and family are very grateful to have a doctor like him in India, who happens to be the only tailbone specialist knowledgeable about the internal manipulation technique in India and the Middle East.”**

“My name is Sudarshan 32 years old from Pune, India. About one year ago, I travelled in train and sat on hard surface bending backward for 10 hours continuously, afterwards I got little pain while sitting. The pain got worse over time. I consulted Senior orthopedic surgeon near my locality (Ruby Hall Clinic, Sancheti Hospital, Kamat Hospital) but no recovery from treatment. Later, I have not been able to sit for more than 10 minutes. He suggest  me to get x – ray and blood test done. After seeing the reports he told, there is no problem with the bone and gave tablet painkillers for 20 days. Even after 20 days with these tablets also my pain didn’t reduce. He suspected it might be an swelling and advised me to get a CT scan done, but nothing was found.

I came to know about coccyx.org in the web – search and I did the majority of my research on this website, coccydynia symptoms almost matched my problems. After reading the success stories with Dr. Rajveer Singh in Bangalore, I decided to give him a try.

I was very impressed with my first visit as he explained why I am in so much pain, even though my x – rays was “normal” in other doctor’s eyes. He really – sided with me and believed me about my pain. He was genuinely concerned for me.

He suggest me that I have to take 10 days therapy, but I did eight therapies itself my pain reduced to almost 60%. He did four manipulation.

After two months I went to doctor again he treated three therapies so my pain is reduced to almost 80%.

Now I am doing daily exercise which he suggested so day by day it is reducing my pain.

Dr. Rajveer Singh is young, energetic, very friendly, down to earth and very disciplined to time. He responds to all modes of communication (call, sms, mail). I would recommend Dr. Rajveer Singh to anyone who has coccydynia, the procedure is quick and is not embarrassing or painful.

Thank you, Dr. Rajveer Singh.”**

“First of all I would like to give you millions of thanks for starting this wonderful one-stop site/forum where tailbone suffering patients come and get benefited.

Well, starting up with my story I was hurt in my tailbone while driving bike some 1.5 years back. I was working in Mysore that time. I visited almost all top hospitals/doctors/physios/orthos but after teaching normal back pain exercises they advised me not to ponder much about the problem as “there is no remedy and cure for tail bone problem” – they concluded. I was highly disappointed after wandering so much. I was unable to focus on my work due to that.

Coincidentally I found this website one fine day and came across some specialists in this field. But I had given up my hope big time that I couldn’t believe there could be some cure of tail bone problems. But finally with a ray of hope I called up “Dr. Rajveer Singh”, a physiotherapist in Sagar hospital Bangalore, and fixed an appointment that very day. Dr. Rajveer is highly qualified in the field of coccydynia and very young full of energy and enthusiasm to give proper treatment to patients, which was completely against my hope and expectation, as I had very bitter experience with the medical magnet like Apollo.

The main advantage to get treatment from Dr. Rajveer is that he gives personal attention to patients and gives home visit as well. This shows his enthusiasm. Same day he taught me some exercises and gave one ultra sound treatment. He started coming to my house daily. Around 10-12 days of treatment and exercise I could find that I had recovered some 50-60%. After that I had to discontinue the treatment and exercise due to some family reason but still I could feel the difference. I discontinued the treatment and exercises for around 20 days and after that again I started doing them. Today I feel that 70-80% recovery I have made. I want to thank Dr. Rajveer from the core of my heart. He is such a wonderful person, doctor and mentor.

I would like to advice the tailbone suffering patients that now there is no need to worry. Just meet him once and things are sorted out.

I will keep on updating my status.”**

“I am 62 years old from Chennai, India. I have L4, L5 problem from my younger days which is very much under control.

I returned from a visit to USA last month and had unbearable pain of the coccyx (tail bone). I had gone on roller coaster rides in the theme parks there without knowing the consequences. A digital x-ray showed slight shift of the coccyx. From the internet I found Dr Rajveer, and rang him. He is a physio with doctorate degree and heads the Sagar Hospital Physio therapy Dept.in Jai nagar Banglore. He seems to be very knowledgeable about coccyx pain, causes and treatment.

He put me on a rigorous exercise regime for the three days I was in Bangalore under his personal guidance. I got 40% relief. He had asked me to follow the exercise for a month and meet him again. I am following his advice. I am very much relieved now (about 60%)

I with great assurance strongly recommend Dr.Rajveer for consultation on coccyx pain and related injuries. I will keep posted of my improvements.”**

“It was last Sunday of Feb, 2009, I met with a motorcycle accident on outer city highway of Bangalore, India. I was admitted to Emergency of Nimhans, Bangalore unconscious state. After complete investigations by Specialists and Surgeons came to know that I got L2 and L3 fracture in spinal cord.

After 15 days of bed rest at home back and buttock pain subsided. I resumed my office in Bangalore once again. First two days was smooth for me and for my back. On third day I started experiencing pain in my buttocks. I often experienced this pain while siting for more than an hour. While walking fast from my cubicle to office lab, I was experiencing locking irritating pain just below the buttocks. The situation gone more worse as the day passes on. I was unable to concentrate on work due to buttock pain. After searching for symptoms I came to know about it was coccyx pain. I read about the exercises and treatments on internet and followed some on the youtube videos to do exercises by myself, but in vain.

From coccyx.org I came to know about Dr. Mir Jaffar. After inquiry I came to know that Dr. Mir Jaffar is undertaking higher studies and unable to attend me in Bangalore. Dr. Mir’s colleagues suggested me Dr. Rajveer Singh for my treatment to coccyx pain. I got his contact number and fixed an appointment to visit him. Dr. Rajveer Singh is working with Sagar Hospitals, Bannerghatta Road, Jaynagar, Bangalore (Formerly Sagar Apollo Hospitals) as Head and In-charge of Physiotherapy Department. On meeting him, I explained to him right from the beginning. He Immediately told me to get latest X-RAY report of lower back and buttock region. After inspecting the X-Ray Dr. Rajveer figured out it was Coccyx injury. My Coccyx was dislocated.

Dr. Rajveer figured out the treatment plan for a week. As diagnosed I have started taking Physiotherapy Sessions under guidance of Dr. Rajveer. Initially coccyx pained a lot, but after 3 days it subsided. I experienced huge sigh of relief. I happily followed all the exercise meant extensively for Coccyx at my home as well early in the morning before starting for office. After a week it was complete relief for me. I’m completely relieved from the coccyx pain. I’m able to follow my office routine with same zeal and concentration. It was Dr. Rajveer who noticed Coccyx Dislocation, which has been sidelined / unnoticed by other Doctors after initial days of accident. Thanks to Dr. Rajveer Singh for his careful listening and extensive attention for keeping up my exercise routine at his Sagar Hospital Physiotherapy Department. I strongly recommend all the coccyx pain sufferers for Dr. Rajveer’s impeccable guidance and for his broad understanding of coccyx related injuries and complications.

Good Luck !!!”**

“My name is Rasheeda. I am 40 years old working as a teacher in Bangalore, India. I fell down in the bathroom in Nov. 2011 and damaged my tail bone. I am a teacher therefore sometimes I have to sit for long time. Immediately after injury I went to a nearby ortho doctor, who took an x-ray of my tail bone and said there is just muscle sprain and gave me some pain tablets, but it was of no use. After few days again I went to same doc. then he gave me an air cushion, which gave me little relief for tail bone but increased my back pain. Ultimately I decided to change my doc, but all of them did more or less same thing.

Ultimately one of my friends said about Dr. Mubashira, who took a lot of interest to treat me first of all, and finally explained me about my condition. She made me to go for dynamic tail bone x-ray which none of the docs asked me to do before, x-ray revealed that I had subluxed my tail bone anteriorly and due to that my buttocks muscles had gone for tightness.

Ten days of regular treatment consisting of exercises and pain management gave me more than 70% relief, Dr. Mubashira has given me set of exercises to improve my muscle strength around tail bone area and lower back area and have instructed me to continue at least for six months for good recovery, in fact I enjoy as I feel more fit now.

I highly appreciate her talent and knowledge about tail bone pain. The good part is that she has been trained under Dr. Rajveer Singh (PT) (specialist in India) who is a great specialist in the same field.”**

“Firstly thanks to Jon for creating such a wonderful search engine for tail bone sufferers. In the year 2009 August, I fell while playing table tennis and landed on my bumps, at that time I felt little pain and for the same took an ordinary pain killer which helped to a extent and then I left it like that. After a month, in the month of September 2009 it started paining like someone is poking a knife. I went to an ortho who took X-ray of my lower back and sent me back with some painkillers and a ring cushion, this mistake (using a normal ring cushion) literally increased my back pain along with tail bone pain as I was feeling very much imbalanced.

This process went on and on, showed to other specialist in the locality and then city, but all gave temporary relief. Unfortunately still we don’t believe on internet and its content thinking it might be fake. But as I had no choice so I started searching on net then in 2013 Nov. end I got Dr. Mubashira (see Doctors and specialists in India) on coccyx.org, this search gave me a sigh of relief but again as I said didn’t believe too much until I met her.

After meeting and talking to her I thought that there is someone who listens to patients and believes what we (patients) say, as I had some docs who did not even listen to the full story. After her diagnostics procedure (MRI, Dynamic Tail Bone X-ray etc.) she started treatment next day. Treatment went on for 10 days, with a significant improvement day by day. After 10 days as per advice I continued her instruction and followed it sincerely. At the end of 10 days I had approx- 70% relief which gradually increased to 90- 95 % by the end of two months.

One more thing I would like to suggest everyone that proper diagnosis and instructions are very important to follow.

I sincerely would like to thank Jon, and at last but not the least. Dr. Mubashira, and wish her Good Luck.

Thanks for reading.”**

“My name is Fatima I am 17 year old. Three year back I fell down while riding cycle, and landed on my buttocks, got hurt in my tail bone. Like others I showed to so many general physicians, ortho, and Neuro docs as it was burning while passing motion, but it was vain and all of them gave lots of medications and asked to use doughnut cushion but except a bit relief nothing came out of this, while surfing on net I came to know about Dr.Mubashira (Specialist in India Only for Lady patients) (see Doctors and specialists in India).

I thank God a lot for helping in this regards and Dr.Mubashira for practising in Bngalore (India). She took full interest and got some tests like Dynamic Tail bone Xray, MRI of Tail bone and some other blood tests and started treatment after two days. Treatment continued for 10 days and presently I am 75-80% all right. My exercises has to be continued for 4-6 months for better recovery ,

I highly appreciate her treatment plan and focus to diagnosis regarding this critical condition which makes most of the sufferers depressed due to lack of knowledge by most of the doctors. Thanks to Dr.Mubashira (PT).”**
